Getting Active

I’m active all year round but like everyone else I have a spurt of increased activity at the start of the New Year. There’s nothing better to motivate you to move a little more than some new work out clothes or as I like to say active wear.

There is some thing about having special clothing for walking, yoga, lifting weight or whatever else you do that screams serious, almost as much as your muscles do the next day.

This week I will focus on some of my favorite pieces of active wear and where to get them. Please chime in if you have a favorite piece of active wear you can’t live without.
