Round Yoga Mat

March 4, 2009
By

I’ve been doing yoga for about six years. I stared out in a class then moved to home videos and books (only because my awesome teacher moved). I have three different mats that I have accumulated over the years but when I saw this one from Yoga Accessories this afternoon I new I had to show it off. It’s round!

Talk about making yoga practice easier instead of constantly having to adjust to the confines of a rectangular mat. Of course I wouldn’t consider this for out and about classes (although they suggest using it if you are doing “mommy and me” classes) but for home practice, totally cool.

The Mandala Round Yoga Mat is six feet in diameter and is on sale for $98.95.

I do Yoga at least three times a week. It helps me calm down my mind and ease away stress.
