One of my favorite cover-ups for the pool side or beach side is a sarong. The color and pattern choices are endless. As are the different looks that can be created with them. 
At Sarong.com they have plus size sarongs that have a bigger diameter for better coverage than your average sarong. They offer both sheer and opaque materials in solids or prints.
I especially like the Pink Flamingo sarong from their Rivera collection. It fits sizes 1x to 3x and only costs $25. I think it would look especially lovely with the Miraclesuit I mentioned the other day!
