Baby Quasar Giveaway

August 11, 2009
By

I was sent the Baby Quasar to review but after reading the literature that came with it I’ve decided it would better used for the August Giveaway. One of the precautions for not using the Baby Quasar is medication that causes photosensitivity. And since the Pharmacist has seen fit to apply a big warning sticker about photosensitivity on my bottle of seizure medication every month I’d rather not take the chance. So that means that one lucky reader will be able to reap the benefits.

What does the Baby Quasar do? Baby-Quasar

The spa I frequent for facials and pedicures offers light therapy treatment as of this year so I have some vague knowledge of its existence but have never gone under the light so to speak. Introductory treatments run about $300 or more.

According to the Baby Quasar website “photo rejuvenation, light therapy decreases the flaws we would like to be without, such as: acne, rosacea, blemishes, fine lines, ages spots, perinocular wrinkles, enlarged pores, skin laxity, course skin and translucent skin.”

The Baby Quasar is available from such stores as Dilliard’s, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom as well as online through the Baby Quasar website. It is valued at $449.

I learned that the treatment takes about 30 minutes. You have to remove makeup first, yet you can put it back on right after. Maintenance treatments are done one or two times per month…I sure would like to try this out!
