Save with Lane Bryant
Beginning December 1st, Lane Bryant has two online promotions running both of which don’t require coupon codes. From now until December 7th you can stock up on all Lane Bryant jeans for only $29.99. And from now until December 9th they are offering free shipping on orders of $50.
My favorite jeans from Lane Bryant are still the Right Fit Boot Cut Medium Vintage Sandblast. But I’m interested in trying the Seven7 Embossed Pocket (med sand) and the Seven7 Crystal Embellished jean:
Their jeans come in sizes 12 to 32 and range in price from $40 - $70.

Hip Hugging Boho Skirt
What appeals to me about this skirt first is that it is long; but mostly, it’s figure hugging then it flares out at the bottom to provide balance (visual balance, not physical balance). This pretty little thing can be found at plus size clothing retailer, SWAKdesigns.
It comes in seven other colors besides this one (black, burgundy, brown, purple, blue, rust and gray) and in a large range of sizes 1x - 6x. It is made of 45% Polyester 45% Rayon 10% Spandex and the waist can be worn folded over or completely open. Swak is offering it for $39.99.
I would personally prefer this Tier Boho skirt with a pair of kick-ass boots rather than pumps or flats. How about you?

Kiyonna Top Three
Plus size clothing retailer, Kiyonna is one of my favorite shops for career and party wear. Last week they sent me a list of their hottest fifteen products of the moment. I’ve whittled the list down to my top three faves (purposefully not including items I might have mentioned on previous raves). Tada!:
Penelope Palazzo Pants (black)
Sizes 0X - 5X - $98
Sexy Secretary Chiffon Blouse (martini/black)
Sizes 0X - 5X - $88
Bellini Ballet Wrap (black/charcoal/twilight)

Apple Bottoms Fest
Yes, apples are in season but not only for the ones you eat! I was over at Nelly’s Apple Bottoms yesterday checking out their plus size section which has grown considerably since the last time I was there. I found three items that i thought were exceptionally tasty from all the rest.
First up is the Ingrid Trouser (AB-AFJ-8231Z_REB), not your traditional Apple Bottoms by any means but still part of their designer collection with a little apple charm at the waist. My favorite feature is the wide legs. They are 98%, 2% spandex and come in sizes 15/16 - 23/24 for $74.99 (Regular $89).
Next up is this Cowl Neck Hoody (AB-AHZ-8127Z_CMP) that is perfect for the coming cool season. I love the combo sweater like this with mesh sleeves for us girls who love sweaters but can’t necessarily wear them as often as we’d like because we’re just so damn sizzling. They have made an excellent use of lines and texture, both on the forearms, waist and hips (and of course that cowl neck which doubles for a hoodie if need be). The knit portion is a blend of 70% acrylic and 30% wool. The mess 90% nylon and 10% spandex. It comes in sizes 1x - 3x for $90.
This is probably my favorite item of all three, the Wool Belted Jacket (AB-AFK-8362Z_RDD). It’s red, it’s lined, it has lots of pockets, a high collar and a cinched waist. My favorite thing about it is the overall military look. It is a combination of wool, polyester, viscose, nylon, acrylic and cotton. Sizes range from 1x - 3x. This wool cool is $164. Did I mention the red? Get your power color on!

Kiyonna’s Hot Top Ten
Kiyonna recently released a list of their hottest products so far this season. My favorites from the top ten are number 8 and 9 (ok number 5 is hot too):
1. 3/4 Sleeved Scalloped Boudoir Lace Dress
7. Luca Dress
8. Short Sleeve Sophisticate Wrap Blouse
9. Stretch Gabardine Wide Leg Trousers
10. Stretch Poplin Wrap Blouse
Igigi Goes Retro
Igigi’s new fall collection is out and it is so hot. They are celebrating the best styles of our past: the tailored suits from the fifties, the bohemian freedom of the sixties, the color blocks of the seventies, the geometric eighties, and the minimalism of the nineties .
Here are my top three items from this new collection:
Tara Scoop Neck Top - This top is shown in “brick” but also comes in plum. It comes in sizes 12 - 32 for $42. It is great on it’s own or as a layering piece; like under their new Dietrich Tailored Jacket.
Alexis Tailored Dress in Gray Herringbone - Gray is such an classy and underestimated color. It is an amazing base for suiting and highlights accessories well. This dress comes in sizes 12 - 32 for $142. It also comes in classic black.
Trumpet Skirt in Black - I absolutely love this skirt. It’s figure hugging but not streamlined. A bit playful without being too sexy for the office. It comes in sizes 12 - 30 for $65.

Lane Bryant Week - Bottoms
One cannot (or at least shouldn’t) be without a pair of jeans. Several is even better. Because those of us who love our jeans know that there are no two pair a like.
Seven7® Argyle Pocket Jean - I found these lovely cotton/spandex jeans in LB’s new arrivals. I love the graduated color and the pockets. I’m not sure why but these jeans are “not eligible for discounts or promotions”. They come in sizes 14 - 24 for $69.50.
Wide Leg High Waist Trouser - I totally love these trouser pants. Wide leg forever! And a career pant that won’t show your butt when you kneel down. There’s something very Katherine Hepburn about these pants. They come in sizes 14 - 28 for $54.50.
