I do not normally post “shop the look” posts because I have found most of the ones out there look nothing like the original look. But if you are plus sized and loved Kate’s look but could not find it in plus size I have good news for you. ASOS Curve almost has an identical look with their Exclusive Midi Dress In Lace in sizes 20 to 26 for £45.

It shouldn’t be surprising to you that this red t-shirt comes from Threadless, yes another Threadless Monday (wahoo), and is $24. “Undead Joyride” was designed by by Kevin Ang (someone who obviously appreciates zombies and Christine) and comes in girly tees and guy tees up to 2x but the larger sizes are selling fast.

The first pile is the automatic giveaway pile. This is for the items that you know deep down in your heart as soon as you touch them you will not wear them this summer or the next. The items in the “to give” pile can go to the Sally Ann, Red Cross, second hand store, or whoever collects unused and gently worn clothing in your area. If you have the time you can sell your giveaway pile as a “lot” on eBay. If it is a really big pile then two or three lots of ten or more items. You can sell the items individually but that is time consuming and I am sure you would rather be enjoying the rest of your summer. Make it easy on yourself and give someone a really great deal.

The second pile is your wear next week pile. Keep the items in a visible spot and every morning next week pull at least one item from the pile and wear it. If you wear it and decide you still love it it goes back in the closet but if you do not hold some kind of affection for it move it to the giveaway pile (after you have washed it of course).

If you have storage containers for your summer clothes now is a good time to give them a good wipe out and let them air dry so they will be ready at the end of the season for your clothing keepers.

Do not forget to go through all of your shoes too! If you have not worn a pair in over a year force yourself to wear them next week. If you do not love them give them away to someone else who will love them and wear them.

Today Facebook friends of Mia Amber received the shocking news that she had died — no details were given as to the circumstance but the family wanted to let Mia’s fans know.

The news spread quickly through her Facebook fans to Twitter where I heard about it and was deeply shocked and filled with disbelief. My first feeling was it must be a bad joke. You know, the ones you hear about a celebrity that has died then find out they were vacationing in Bali. But that is not the case.

A family member posted the following note on Mia’s official Facebook wall:

“With profound sorrow, at my sister Ida’s request, I am letting all of her friends know that her BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER MIA AMBER DAVIS passed away a short while ago!!! I know it’s unbelievable!!! We are all in shock!! Please keep my sister and our family in your prayer.” ~ Carolyn Bishop Moore

As I’m writing this I still cannot believe it. You can leave condolences for the family on the wall of Mia Amber’s Personal Facebook and Fan Facebook pages. Mia had just finished having her official website updated last month so please visit there too.

• DJ Qualls, the cool actor who worked with Mia Amber in Road Trip tweeted a few sweet words about her passing:

“Mia Davis, the love interest in my first movie, Road Trip has passed. Im so sad She will always be a meaningful person in my life path. RIP.”

• Plus Model Magazine confirmed that Mia Amber’s story will be featured on Inside Edition and E! News today.
• TMZ and the Huffington Post have picked up on Mia Amber’s death. The Post says that she had knee surgery the day before she died so now there is speculation that she may have died due to complications such as an embolism.
